Steve Rudderham

Steve Rudderham join Kellogg in 2016 as Vice President, Global Business Services. In this role, he is responsible for leading the current operations within GBS, continuous improvement, and global expansion. As well as the day to day operations, Steve is responsible for understanding industry trends, benchmarking against peer companies, and developing programs and projects that drive significant improvements in cost, process quality, and service delivery for multiple functions and global markets. He is also required to identify and leverage best practices, and standardize processes, policies, and practices to deliver significant improvements and savings in line with committed business cases and budgets.

 He has 20 years of global experience across Business Process Outsourcing, Insurance and Lighting. He also has a broad operational background having led teams on the ground in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and India.

 Prior to joining Kellogg, Steve was the Head of Finance and Accounting for Accenture Operations. He also held Global Transitions and Six Sigma positions at Capgemini, with additional operational responsibility for their North America delivery centers. Earlier in his career, he was the Business Leader for Genpact’s Latin America operations where he led an organization of more than 3,000 associates. He also has experience leading the Insurance Center of Excellence for Genpact and was based at their operations in Delhi, India for 3 years.

Before Genpact, Steve spent close to 10 years with General Electric (GE) in various operational and Six Sigma roles in GE Insurance in the United States, and GE Lighting across Europe.

Steve serves on several GBS boards and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He also serves on the board for ARC of Dallas which is a nonprofit organization for mentally disabled children.

 Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from DeMontfort University, Leicester, UK, Steve also received a master’s of business degree from Loughborough University, UK, and a master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, UK.

 Steve is also a Certified Master Black Belt (DFSS) and Black Belt (DMAIC) and a Member Certified Institute of Marketing (MCIM).
