Talent, Technology and the Search for a Better Model for Global Collaboration

Nexus 2017 is the only United States-based conference to take a singular look at the opportunities, risks and benefits of creating  technology services’ alliances across the Americas.

Tackling the Big Topics

Nexus 2017 is the premiere conference for professionals seeking to understand how to build powerful alliances across the Americas – in the area of IT and software development, business-process services, and customer care.

Faced with an array of emerging technologies, such as automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, today’s services leaders face new challenges in balancing business value with innovation.

Furthermore, with political pressure increasing in recent months, are global technology leaders holding back and becoming more cautious, or instead seizing on opportunities to diversify their talent and operational portfolios?

At Nexus 2017, we will look to deep analyze these topics by bringing together a diverse mix of business, sourcing, software engineering, startup and cross-border investment experts. Expect to gain a great deal of knowledge and a great new set of well-informed contacts.

Our Nexus brand was developed seven years ago to encourage a better understanding of how Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada can continue to be vital partners in cultivating alliances across the hemisphere – encouraging both clients and providers to thrive by emerging together instead of separating apart.

An Established Reputation

The conference, now in its seventh year, has historically brought together senior technology and business investors seeking to enhance their enterprise teams through expansion and partnerships in the Nearshore region.

Whether managing IT, knowledge services, contact centers or back-office functions, Nexus has always been the main event for understanding how to work within the Americas region to meet the high-octane demands of your business for new talent, new ideas, and new partners.
